Chris and Emily Harrington

FOUNDING PASTOR

Chris and Emily met in Atlanta during graduate school and were married in 2012. In 2014, they celebrated the birth of their daughter. They enjoy road trips, reading, and spending time as a family doing new things together.

Chris was called to be the pastor of GracePoint Church in the fall of 2017. Having been the pastor of a church in Midtown Atlanta for eight years, the move to Cherokee county was a refreshing change from life in the city.

Chris and Emily are truly excited about what God is beginning at GracePoint Church. Their passion is to serve others with the gifts and talents God has given them so that others would know the love and goodness of God.

Erek and Amanda Mimms

Erek and Amanda live in the Milton/Alpharetta area and have three kids ages five and under. They enjoy raising livestock, gardening, and pottery. Being members of First Baptist Church of Alpharetta for five years, they served in their Children's Ministry.

When Erek and Amanda learned that FBC Alpharetta was starting GracePoint Church, they felt called to serve at GracePoint in the children’s area. Their passion in serving is to join with parents in teaching children to grow in their relationship with Christ, to know and love the Bible, and, most importantly, that God loves them.

Adam and Jennie Montgomery

Adam and Jennie live in the Macedonia Community of Cherokee County and have one son, Jack, who is 11. They both work in Alpharetta and enjoy spending time together as a family as much as possible. Having been members of First Baptist Church of Alpharetta for over two decades, they have served in many of their ministries. Adam and Jennie both currently serve GracePoint on the Radical Hospitality Team, Adam as a greeter and Jennie as a host.

Once they learned of GracePoint Church, they felt called to serve God in a community much closer to our home. They want to live and share the radical hospitality of Jesus with others, and desire that everyone who comes to GracePoint Church feels welcomed, loved, and at home.
